As stated in Luke 12:22-23, "Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat, or about your body, what you will wear. For life is more than food, and the body more than clothing." This quote tells you and me that with God we may be comfortable with ourselves and that things such as money do not matter, but life itself is important. God may demonstrate this to any body and in any way.
I know God is present in my life because God has shown his love in many ways. He has given me a house to live in with loving family to share it with. This family spreads from my pets, siblings and parents, to the church family that is here. As well, the Lord has given me many friends with whom I have shared good times.
Having these sets of people in my life has been the greatest blessing a person could ask for. God has also given me the opportunity to play in many sports, and enjoy the strength and health I am blessed with. Finally, the Lord has given me the musical ability to play the trumpet. For these reasons and the gifts I have received, I know Christ is real.
