To me being a Christian means... that I believe Jesus died for me so my sins are forgiven. Through this, Jesus taught me to make sacrifices and compromise with others so I can be a better person and spread the word of God as Jesus' disciple. In Matthew 4:19 Jesus says," Come, Follow me...and I will make you fishers of men." Jesus calls us to follow him and spread God's word of peace and forgiveness.

God is good to me in so many ways. God has given me a family that loves me and takes care of me. God has provided me with a warm home, a soft bed, good food to eat, and clothes to wear. God has also given me trustworthy friends that I can rely on and be myself around. These are only some of the many blessings God has given me that I am thankful for.

The main thing I've learned from Confirmation is that Jesus heals us by giving us God's gift of grace and unconditional love. When we receive this gift we are saved from sin and will have eternal life.

 Also, the only thing we have to do to receive this gift is have faith because God's love for us is eternal, not temporary. This is best explained in Ephesians 2:8, "For by grace you have been saved through faith, and this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God."

 Confirmation has taught me many new things that have helped me better understand my religion. It has also provided me with many new friendships and experiences that I will always remember.
