What is the Reconciliation Ministry Team?
It is a group of caring Christians, who want to help our church family deal with conflict within the church, and in our personal lives,
in a peacemaking, loving, Christ like way.
Why Do We Have A Reconciliation Ministry At Calvary?
Paul writes in I Corinthians Chapter 13, "Love is patient,; love is kind; love is not envious or boastful or arrogant or rude.
Sometimes we all forget the rules of loving one another, listening to one another, and dealing with conflict in a loving, caring way.
The Reconciliation Ministry wants to share successful strategies for conflict resolution, based on the book, The Peacemaker,
by Ken Sande.
You will learn not to dread conflict, but to view it as an opportunity to glorify God and serve others. Learn to become more like Christ by demonstrating the love and power of God in our lives.
